When you purchase your Santa video package and complete the Santa Wizard you will details will be sent to our production team for processing

It takes around 48 hours from placing the order for you to get access to your video as Santa has lots of requests and also needs time to check on the elves making the toys and games.

When the video is ready you will be sent an email with information to download the finished production. You simply visit our website and enter your username and password and you will have instant access to your video.

You can choose to send a download email link to friends and family using the wizard within the control panel.
